I would like to join the shape up challange as well. I am trying to start Atkins today - I semi did the low carb approach over the holidays and weighed this am and although I was sure I had gained due to slip ups (you know...cookies and candy - ugggh) but had only a 1 lb gain. so I guess my going low carb on most days saved my holiday weight gain!
I am off to get a salad now for lunch. NO Croutons or Carrots!
Kitti - another question - do you reccommend any of the bars - such as "carb solutions" or what not?
