Thanks Karen - I've spoken to Chuck a few times and it was absolutely very helpful. In the beginning, the book and those calls kept me from being angry and inflammatory/escalating things. Especially when my husband moved out and I found out he was still seeing OW. Now I am trying to figure out where to go with my life. I'm letting him have time to miss us while I enjoy life . Started the kids in classes at the Y, did a bucket list, spending time with friends and family, taking road trips, etc.
