Yesterday for some reason I was a little bit down. Not sure why-just had all this junk swirling around in my head. Not even the leopard print shoes could put a smile on my face yesterday. I guess I will have some days like that. Today is a little better; just looking forward to the long weekend.

LIS, you will have days like that but it's so great that you recognize that.
How can we get out of those funks? Do we make ourselves like a list or something? Maybe like, things I like to do when I feel like crap...or...I like to do x when my mind is racing.
