I'm just p*ssed off. I got a message my class time changed. I texted H about it. He says he wants his regular visitation time. Fine I can deal with that. I just felt a flash of irrational anger to the point I was unable to answer his reply text message when he wrote he was "unable to watch the kids' on ___day." First thing that popped into my mind was: Why not? Got a hot date?"
So much for detachment and not giving a rip.
