Thankyou for your replies BeingMe and Trusting, things are deteriorating with old aunt, I spoke to the guy looking after her, he is a friend of old aunt, albeit to say should not be the ex that is tending and looking after her, in what appears as the last of her days, only hope and pray she makes a recovery but on speaking to her last night she is gravely ill. I feel so hopeless and helpless, I should be able to call the ex and tell him to get his ass over there and fulfil his duties, following his two calls to aunt on tuesday he hasnt been in touch since, it is now down to the friend to tend and deal with aunt, what a guy this friend is, he is a trainees surgeon at the local hospital and he has taken time out of work and stayed with aunt all day and night, come on ex I say it is time to step up to the plate and do what you should be doing.
