Did you ever get a certified letter from the bank saying that you had to leave by a certain date??? My daughter,her lanlord didnt pay the mortgage and so they came and served her, giving her a date she had to be out.. If you are to this point with the house...I would start moving asap..... And I thought the auction was after the tenent had moved out??? I am praying for you daily.....Irma
