Well for any of you that read my previous threads w bluffed me that she was filing. So i hired a high powered attorney and filed and also for full custody of our son. She was served Friday and she has talked to me this weekend more than she has talked to me in four months. Even though being served she was out partying with her 20 year old friends on our anniversary but i have finally gotten to the point where i have the strength i never knew i had. I cut her off financially except for paying for the house and car. She text me today saying i don't hate u i care about u and always will ur the father of our little boy but i cant live with you.
Update just found out she hasn't paid the car or house payment in three months when i was handing her 4 thousands dollars. i appreciate everyones input but she is done with a capital D.

Keep in mind the night before our anniversary she was out all night partying with 20 years olds and left our brand new 40,000 suv in the parking lot at a bar and stayed with a friend. i have since cut her off completely financially but still pay the house and car payment per the advice of my attorney. keep in mind she has ignored my text for two week so she can just keep ignoring them. what ever she is going thru weather it be a midlife crisis she can fund it herself being she is currently unemployed.
i not trying to put anyones methods down in here im really not. but you cannot continue to financially support a wayward spouse's unacceptable behavior or she will abuse u as long as u let her
