Kat, Don't feel bad. I didn't even think about it when I was typing. That is crazy huh? I haven't made a post in 2 years and the abbreviations still come out like I talk that was all the time.
In fact, I was typing an IM to a friend on Facebook the other day and started using DB speak. She had no idea what I said. It was funny.
Sometimes I catch myself using it outloud, in emails, and on Facebook and I refrain.
This stuff sorta sticks with ya!
