I apologize if I offended anyone with my last post.

Got a call from my L today. She recieved an email from H's L asking for a settlement agreement conference. It seems H has moved into high gear all of the sudden and wants to get this D over with.

Looks like several of us will be getting D's about the same time. I say we plan a "the D that we never wanted is final so let's get together and meet" party when this is all said and done!
