What to do on V-day

yesterday my wife and her sister came to pick up stuff (hers and my daughters). Since i was overseas last month, i bought her a present and left it on the table with a note saying that i wanted her to have it. She did not take it.

So that tells me that i should not do anything on V day or she might take it wrongly. She just wants to move on without me.

I feel horrible about it. She basically cleaned out everything in the house that belonged to her. It's like she did not exist. It was a real crappy day for me yesterday...
