Oh Ok. Yes that's what I'm doing. If he wants this, he's going to do the heavy lifting and adminstrative paperwork that goes along with it.

I thought I'd do him the courtesy of asking instead of assuming.
In the past I would have said nothing and paid the bill, but...he accuses me of being controlling, so I asked, given he's said he wants a divorce, I asked.
