After polling everyone at work that I know has been through a D, and asking for a good L, I've gotten the same answer. Not one person was happy with their D atty.
After searching I found a family and marital law atty right in my own home town. I put a call into her and got an answering machine. I left a message. I'm waiting for a call back. Wondering if I should be concerned about the lack of a secretary to answer the phone?
Anyone have any advice on how long I should give her to call back? Just concerned because I have 18 days left in which to answer the summons.
