I have been enjoying my 3 day weekend. Then another 5 weeks to the next one. Reading, watching movies and watching my 15 year old be snarky! Once the girls got home, s15 kept bugging his 12year old sister and in turn bugging me. I'm trying to just think that I shouldn't push these days away. They will all be grown up and gone way too soon.

Snow day for everyone today. Almost 9". Doing some sporadic cleaning because I don't want to get caught up on one room. I want a few more lazy days.
I want the stupid man I can't get out of my head to come to me. To see the possibilities to have him see reality. I am trying to forgive myself for the mistake I made. I don't know how it affected him, maybe I never will. I can only control me. I am rebuilding me.

This weekend was nice but went way too fast as usual. I felt terrible for the KU player that lost his grandma 3 weeks ago, hid grandpa a week ago and his Mom the night before. The whole team stayed up late with him and the Moms of the players that were in Lawrence and of course the coach were all in his room crying and trying to comfort him. She was only 37. Now it his just him and his 9 year old sister. We lost the game but in the big picture, it doesn't matter.
None of my underdog teams are going to the Superbowl so Football is a done sport for this year. I might just watch the commercials.
