I talked to her XH on my way home tonight for an hour. It actually helps. I wanted to know specifically what he did to try and get her back bc it didn't work. He chased. Recommend that I don't. I already knew that. He may be my best comfort in all of this. He loved me in his daughters life bc of the way that I genuinely loved her and she loved me.

I will be so strong this week. I really believe it. I just can't forget how I feel right now.
