Very well spoken Grit. I've admired your courage and foresight ever since I joined this Board. Thought perhaps we had lost you there for awhile, not seeing you on the Boards.

As for your metamorphosis, Congrats. I see it as reaching not a point of no return, but a point of returning down a different path.
