HE slept on the sofa last night. I spent most of the night in the bathroom, getting sick.

Things around here this morning are tense. He's angry, defensive, curt. I'm staying out of the way. I don't know what to do, how to act, how to DB.

I just feel like a big idiot. I thought things were getting better.
