As you get out there, try to have some lines ready for when you meet someone you don't want to continue with. As a lady, I would rather you tell me that you don't want to continue seeing me instead of being a "nice guy". I might be unique in that idea.
It is good to date, and there are going to be many bad ones out there, but just make sure you are honest with yourself and that person. Be upfront about not wanting anything serious right now and make sure to tell the person if you don't want to see them anymore. I think honesty is best even if that means that person gets mad.
Oh and probably no more spending the night of the first date because that definitely takes it to the next level and unless you are ready for that don't do it.
