Hi John! - I know it is hard. But there is no overnight fix or even 3 month fix to turn your M around. You really need to detach. I was just like you - focused on my H every second of every day because I was afraid of losing him, my M. Focusing on her is not going to bring her back. Take time for you right now; that was the very BEST advice I have received here and my H left Xmas Eve of 2009. Take time for YOU.
