Yeah, I don't know how much snow they're getting but with so many planes grounded, who knows how that will affect his flight.

Not that I would have any time to see him until Friday anyway. But his cell/internet coverage where he is is so spotty that we've only been able to visit twice since he's been gone.

You would be surprised about some of what we flew in!! I only remember 2 aiports closed due to weather in the 6 years I was a Flight Attendant. Those were Hartford due to Ice and Philidelphia due to low visibility and ice I think. Anyway they do try really hard to not get crews/planes stuck somewhere that is closed due to weather so lets hope for the best.

Oh wait I just remember Charlotte closed during Hugo and I missed most of my day off because I couldn't get home. Okay, well let's still think on the bright side.

What to do? K never did get around to giving me a copy of my tax return last year. He said he would e-mail it to me once he started up with the cupcake. Even now with things falling apart with them, he isn't answering my request. Not even acknowledging.

I know he is acting like a brat. I get that and I am not trying to fix that as it isn't my issue but how do I get him to send them?

You can get a copy from the IRS directly.

You have two easy and convenient options for getting copies of your federal tax return information--tax return transcripts and tax account transcripts--by phone or by mail.

Request transcripts by calling 1-800-908-9946, or order by mail using IRS Form 4506T (Request for Transcript of Tax Return). We do not charge a fee for transcripts. Allow two weeks for delivery.

Definitions:

A tax return transcript shows most line items from your tax return (Form 1040, 1040A or 1040EZ) as it was originally filed, including any accompanying forms and schedules. It does not reflect any changes you, your representative or the IRS made after the return was filed. In many cases, a return transcript will meet the requirements of lending institutions such as those offering mortgages and for applying for student loans.

A tax account transcript shows any later adjustments either you or the IRS made after the tax return was filed. This transcript shows basic data, including marital status, type of return filed, adjusted gross income and taxable income.

I had to fill out that form when I was closing on my house so the bank or title company or someone could have copies of my last however many years of taxes. Only reason I know it exists lol.

Looks like I won't have to use it Michelle. I texted him yesterday afternoon asking for them to be sent. (I had written to him via FB, posted a message on his wall and then yesterday texted him...maybe third time is the charm or the squeaky wheel really does get oiled! lol)

Maybe it also helps that S18 really does need them for some of his college financial aid forms. K is rich, doesn't think like the common person but no excuse for not doing his job.

Saw a cardinal today on the bush outside the boy's window! It is the first one since last March when I was down in Branson. Not trying to make a connection there, but good things are coming!!
