SIC, I don't even know why I post. We are identical.

My wife wears hers everyday, but takes off to cook when home. I lost mine 2 months ago out in our grove. I threw something into the burn pit and it flew off, because of divorce diet. I looked for days. Even bought a metal detector. Never did find it, but my son has a lot of fun with his new toy.

If I would have lost it a year ago maybe it would not have been so bad, but because I lost it after the bomb, it felt like an omen. It hurt bad. It was like, what else could happen. And then my son spilled the beans about me losing it, and she said, "no big deal, doesn't matter". aaaaargh.
