Can someone please explain the moderation set up? Posts aren't up after 2 days, threads staying on page 3 or 4. Is it moderated or automated? Am I doing something wrong? I can't find any posts on this so I thought I'd ask as I'm confused and see others confused too. I know it takes a lot of work to run forums (I run them for work so I do know) so believe me, I am not complaining at all!
