Several emeails later, we weren't much closer to having things cleared up. I finally called him because it was eating at me that he thought he had overpaid me and then was going to change things so they wouldn't overpay me again. I went through all of last year and it comes to a payment in July which was a couple of hundred dollars more for child support for the year but I figured that was his bonus(I get part of it)and then the payment on December 30th which was for this January 3rd payment. He keeps saying but it posted in December so I overpaid. I am exhausted and frazzled by his thought process. We are going to set down and go over all of it next Tuesday.

I did get a bit upset about it and let a couple of other things out that were bothering me. I asked him to not have "her" at my house. It is my property and I don't want her there. I think it shows a total lack of understanding on his part. Really though, can't expect any real thinking on his part since he is still in a dense fog. I hate when I slip and let him bother me. I am in the process of trying to figure out a way to cut back about $500 a month when S18 comes off child support and then he goes on and on about overpaying me.

Anyone have an aspirin??
