Found out W has had her new boyfriend (confirmed by her own father) watch my Children alone on occassion with his 12 year old son. Obviously that is concerning since I have 3 daughters 6 and under. D6, and D3 told me OM has changed babies diapers even. Uh WHAT?! I know she couldn't have know him that long. Father-in-law and brother-in-law describe home as an "a real a-hole". Just great!
So I had appt with my attorney today to setup for hearing in a week... W and her attorney had sent a letter asking for court intervention due to W's financial "struggle", and also listed several lies... About 10 dif things... I made it unbearable for her to live there, I kicked her out, changed the locks, refused to provide her child support, etc. So I provided several text messages which showed we got along fine and hung out often just prior to her leaving, which was discussed. I had asked her to leave because I felt it was disrespectful for her to live under my roof as she cheated, she agreed to move out, wrote a check to landlord back in SEP... LONG before things really got heated. That she had been staying at other peoples homes long before I asked her to even leave. She confirmed in text that she did say I could change the locks, but made an issue of it so she could get pictures from the house. In an email I offered to provide her child support payments in the amount that my attorney agreed on until an ACTUAL agreed amount was determined... She refused it and stated she wanted more money AND $250 for maintenance, which had not even been discussed.
My attorney was a bit shocked just by W actions as a mother. My mind was put a little at ease because W is likely to only get now under $400 in child support - school lunches, $40 each kid... $160. So after all is said and done I'd really only be out under $300 per month.
One thing Im certain of... W is gonna get caught up in her own web of lies... And NO judge likes being lied to... I'm a bit calmer and ALOT more confident now. Dug in and prepared for her attack. Hopefully my babies will be safe!
