thanks Jack, the speech therapist even commented this week that she felt something was there the way she was acting around me that day. Yesterday was difficult as i picked up my S. He started kicking and screaming, didnt really know who he wanted to be with. I finally got him in the car, and he settled down and we had a good evening. On the way home, i called the W and she agreed it was bad and she had no solution. I said i need more time with him. I assume you will not go for 50/50 split. She said maybe when he is 4 but not at this age. Well after talking to a few friends in the situation both M and F, as long as i am not a proven bad parent, i would have most likely got that from the judge had i let it go to court. So i am going to a very aggressive female lawyer on Monday to move forward as well as to see what my options are for finances which she isnt helping with very much. I have decided to move forward, a separation agreement doesnt necessarily mean divorce, as i know from the last time i successfully DB'd. as far as everything else with dropping the rope, i havent seen too much more positive response. what shall i move on to next?
