i thought a cd would be good because I sometimes commented on the heavy metal music and thought it would show that im more accepting of it. I know i wasnt perfect no one is.. I think i did pretty good on exam it was easier than i thought. Just percentages im not good at. I have trouble with doing my bills somethimes, because I cant take anything else that causes stress.
I text h today saying hope he feels better. Im trying to keep in my mind the saying" you get more bees with honey than vinegar". I got most of my shopping done today. I was having a real problem with that. I was depressed and could not get motivated and in the spirit of doing it. Im glad i did it. I went to get h the chair at sears but they said they dont sell it. h must have went to a different sears and saw it. i was feeling very anxious and depressed when i went looking for it. but im feeling more of the xmas spirit about it now. Maybe im feeling better too because i dont have the stress of exam on my mind. i didnt want to have to retake that class. Math is not one of my strengths.
I am in the pharmaceutical field, but I am not in any position to diagnose, so don't take this advice this way. I don't want to say brands on purpose. I personally had problems with the one you are taking and another one with a similar action. Those are selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors. They weren't correct for me and the one you are taking gave me gastro problems.
The one I take is a combined selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor and a norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor with extended release.
With all of these, it's incredibly important to take them every day, and most helpful to take them at the same time every day. If you skip doses, it can be worse than not taking them at all. Please set a timer.
When you take them regularly, you feel like you don't need them anymore and you may skip. And then you skip another. Skip about 3 and you feel desperate. And truly, the problems you have, though they are real, are really enhanced by skipping your meds.
If you keep taking these meds on time every day for a month or more, and you still feel as bad as you do, you need new meds. Insist.

i text h on dec 23 and said i was sorry for not being the wife he needed me to be. he text back when is your brothers birthday and what do you want for xmas. i said i dont need anything. my son and i left to go to my sisters on dec 24. h text why didnt u tell me when u were leaving i had gifts for ryan be careful.i think h was angry he didnt see son. on xmas he called son and said merry xmas ant tell mommy merry xmas and my family. i text him and said merry xmas to him and his mother. we got couldnt come home until dec 27 because there was a blizzard where i live and its my sons bday and h didnt get to see him for his bday. i havent heard anything from h since yesterday when i text him if the highways were clear. he said probably but be super careful driving. do you think i should stop contact with him and see what happens.
