I went to church today. Mom phoned me at 10:00 am to see when I was going to see Dad today...I didn't realize it was so late. I jumped up, showered, had breakfast, got dressed and was at church by 10:30qm. Found a cockroach crawling on the back of the seat in front of me, he didn't put anything into the offering plate so I felt relatively safe in dispatching him to a better place. After church (I mentioned to the Pastor that there was now one less in the congregation) I went for a coffee which was close to a Future Shop (like Best Buy) so I strolled in and bought a Sony 6" E book reader for $152.00, paid and was right out, no muss, no fuss. Now I've cancelled the one I purchased on line for $206.00 at the same place. Anyway, I went and picked up the kids and, after a little snooze, will go to visit Dad. After having dinner with the kids I'll head for church again where we are going to discuss the containments in our lives and have communion...minus the roach...hopefully. He'll be missed.
