I took the advice of all of you, especially you Lance:
Thank you, sweetie!
That is great news, don't forget how you got to this point and keep YOUR changes in place. Piecing is hard! All of this has been practice so that you can move to the real deal!
I am trying to take it slow and will continue to give my H the space he needs to continue to progress. Not only have I changed, my H appears to have change as well. It is as almost we have both grown from the experience of this last year. And to top it off, my IC has been wonderful! She is awesome! I continue to see her about twice a month.
I am not through with all of this yet, but I will keep my changes going and my expectations low....
Happy Sunday!!

Mila,PEI, CW, and SA. I truly hope you all had a wonderful Christmas! I know with the year (and many of us longer) we have all had, we can use a little happiness of our VERY OWN! Thank you, thank you for your constant encouragement and the kick-in the butt at times when I've neede it.
I feel very grounded those days. I think the time I spent literally away from everything and being into myself was the best possible medicine for me. I spent a lot of time just doing things for myself - no one else. I was a little "selfish" for while and I got to know me again.
Everyone here in MLC has been absolutely insightful about taking care of ourselves!! Regardless of what happens in our M, we become at peace when we focus on ourselves, while letting go of the anger. That is what I had to do because I felt as though I could not live without my H. Well, I know now, I can. We care piecing, but it is hard when you are still living apart. It has now been 1 year for us, but I am finally at peace with me.
I am wishing you all a very Happy & Prosperous New Year!!
