John, dating can be playing with fire, even if it's a lifelong friend with no sex.

I am very social and my man is not a jealous type and neither am I. We trust each other and we can. However, I recently went out with a new colleague (when folks are traveling, we often take the person out so they don't eat alone). This guy and I went to a local favorite restaurant of mine. Two coworkers came in and I introduced them. He asked if I was worried that they saw us. Eventually I realized HE was planning to have an affair with me. Funny because he was quoting Harley's books to me earlier in the evening.

So he got shot down, fairly vocally by me, I learned a lesson (I generally know the people that I host a little better).

Just be careful.
