Handle the household like she is not there.

This is pretty much what I am doing. I kind of took over everything. When she comes home, I don't think she knows what to do. She has never had that before. Sometimes she looks irritated. Sometimes nervous because she is looking for something to do.

She has started exercising during the time I give the kids baths. Maybe I have caused her to actually take some time for herself.
