Good for you! It is funny here, the county shows that the house is mine due to the divorce decree but he is still on the mortgage for a couple of reasons, the first being that he is still in bankruptcy so I can't even think about doing anything until his case his closed.
I really believe the more you detach the better you will feel, well besides your cold of course. happy for you.
