OW makes H feel special, upbeat. And thats why its hard to stay away. Its an addiciton.
I have bad news, my H broke NC with OW today on the pretext of work/logistical issue. I had the feeling he couldn't stand it anymore and was doing the "blame" thing again on me to justify. When that comes up, I know its a huge step back.
