Thats good! YOu are actually coming along quite fast....I had to suffer for almost 4 months with OW.
NOw that OW and H are no longer in contact, I am just in a watch and wait mode. My H is depressed but seems to be able to handle it. Not clinically depressed, just sad maybe.
I'm not big on therapy, they only sometimes seem to validate the other person's wanting to leave by concentrating on individual happiness.
