So I just got on FB and see that GG replied to one of my posts from the weekend...complimenting me on my new jeans and boots...eek!
So now whoever Dan has stalking my FB will see that and he will realize I went out w/him. I mean, he lives two hours away so it is pretty apparent that we didn't just bump into each other at the grocery store!?! Wonder if I will get a nasty text...

You need to evict Dan from your head!!! It doesn't matter what he thinks....or even what he texts!

I know...I really do. It just gets old... my counselor suggested yesterday that I have one of his favorite jabs (such as, "Thanks to you I will never trust women", or "I gave up everything for you and you never supported me") crocheted on a pillow and give it to him for Christmas, and tell him he doesn't need to text it anymore he can just hold his pillow.
However I suppose it was even more of an 'oh crap' because most of my real life friends don't know we went out, and now I don't really want to go out with him again, so I wish he weren't mentioning it on FB!
Sigh....I miss college when we could do all sorts of crap without digital cameras, cell phones, and FB to capture it all for life!
If it's on your page erase it..... the whole post... who cares what GG or Dan thinks... what do you think BBJ?

Friday the kids and I went to my weigh in. Ugh. Flat level. Actually I thought I might go up...just got so tired of eating the same foods that I skipped meals. How ironic and unfair that not eating enough can make you gain weight/stop losing weight!?!
Then we went for dinner and shopping for snow pants and snow boots. Good to get it done.
Saturday my girl had tumbling class, then her brother had a game. Sat down at the game and MIL/FIL came in with Dan. I was braced for the presence of Steffie (I prefer to call her Chippy, I don't know why but I do!) because she had come up from KC to 'take care of him' Friday evening. Thankfully she did not show although I know one day it will happen. Decided it is not in my control, so time to let it go.
MIL started telling me how her son is in the doghouse and she has been scolding him (personally I think she is jealous bc she likes being Dan's Mommy/caregiver and Chippy is taking over her territory! That's totally how it was when I was with him...).
I changed the subject to Thanksgiving, she would like the kids to be there around four. That works for me as I am doing lunch with them anyway--then they are at their Dad's for the weekend.
Saturday was kind of funny bc at one point I had 4 people texting at the same time: Dan, golfguy, new/hockeyguy, and my brother from the boards.
Saturday afternoon we spent at an indoor water park, lots of fun! Then my son went to spend the night with his grandpa (my dad) for boy time while Sydney and I went shopping for her new big girl bed. She wants a four poster...
Today was church, then lunch, then the kids went to their Dad's. Hockey guy called me to confirm our plans for Thursday. We are meeting up at the hockey arena to watch a game. We talked for about thirty minutes and he said he would call me in a couple days to set up a time/place to meet. Which we basically already did but hey he can call me again if he wants to!
Trying to apply what I have learned so far and find a balance. We have had one two-hour conversation last Wednesday, then this thirty minute one today. I don't want to run out of things to talk about before Thursday though!
Being Thanksgiving, we aren't doing dinner first as not a lot of places are open for dinner here on the holiday. So probably just a couple hours at the hockey game. I think that is a good first meeting...
