Begged my wife to work on marriage Tuesday, she told me to get out of the house and if i did not she would take the kids to her sisters house with her. Back and Forth
Tuesday night i went to the MC alone, wife texted me asking me when i would be home and if i wanted the kids to stay up and i said no they need to go to sleep. When i came home they were still up and my wife said i am going to her friends house to spend the night. I did not do or say anything, did not text her at all and had a good night sleep except for my son gets up around 1am ever morning and gets in the bed with her, he did this twice and was crying because she was not there, i put him back in bed and comforted him.
She came home sometime Wednesday morning, i got the kids ready for school.
IS THIS CONSIDERED LEAVING THE HOME?
Wednesday night after kids went to bed i asked her about a note with ticket prices on it, said it was for an out of town football game, i said i really dont think we have the money for you to do that, spilled into other things. She was highly irritated, sarcastic and cursing at me. Told her i still payed for half of everything, car, gas, insurance her cell phone etc. Went on and on.
This morning i got up and aksed her if she has any consideration to work on the marriage (Not in front of kids) said no she is not happy here. I left.
My lawyer is filing the petition tomorrow.
I really think i am ready for the help from you all now. Letting her leave the house and not saying anything to her or texting her was something i have never been able to do before and i dont know where she actually went.
