As I am transferring the $ and I remember I have to pay off her bank account deficit of <$250> so I can be a check signer in my new business checking account. It was a joint account.

Of course I didn't remind her of THAT.

If I can get her down to maybe a $.25 I actually might consider reconciling at some point.
