I am really stupid, grabbed my wifes phone and tried to leave the house with it and she was grabbing me to stop me, of course the kids were there, Sunday same thing happened she pulled my shirt off and hit and my son pulled my shorts off and i wanted to get out of the house I though he was going to pull my underwear off and she was trying to stop me also so i took them off and went out the front door, turned around to open the door and it was locked. I no there is no excuse but she had gone out Friday night, came home at 3am Saturday morning and went out Saturday night and came home after 4:00am Sunday morning i had about fours sleep from Friday morning through Sunday morning. I told her i just wanted to die so she would have the kids all the time.
She told me today to leave the house, and if i would not she would take the kids to her sisters house. I called the lawyer. Said she is done.
