Results of 1st dates w/ WAS

[gr8 day 2B alive]

OK,

So the first date is over. We had dinner and went to a comedy show.

All in all I thought the night went well. Dinner was good, and the convo flowed all throughout with maybe one awkward pause.
Talked about the kids mostly, work and and the such, no R talk.
Being friendly and trying to keep things light I ask her "So, do you kiss on the first night?" So smiled and gave me "Maybe".
So I said "OK, well, to let you know, I don't." She laughed.

Went to the comedy club and as we were waiting for the show to start there was a little R talk. Not much about the future but she said she wasn;t telling anyone that we are "working on things" I said that was a good idea(validated) on said let's just take one day at a time. She agreed.

FWIW, the comedy show absolutely Sucked! The headliner was so drunk and high that he couldn't perform his act. Very disappointed. After the show I walked her to her car and said goodnight. We did gave each a kiss good night.

When I got home I sent her a text saying~ Thanks for meeting me tonight. It was really nice to be out with you again.

She replied Thanks for dinner, it waas nice talking to you like that again.


Sunday was now D6 BDay. I held a party for her with some friends. Texted some Pics to W and we were going back and forth.
I know she wanted to be at the party but we both agreed it was too early for that.
My family was asking if W was coming and I told them the reason.

It's nice to know my family is accepting of my(our) decision.

Now, it's time to think about date number two.
