Honestly guys I was doing all the GAL before the bomb, so I really havn't had to "add" anything. Been working out, still working out. Been going out with friends, still doing that. Been involved in church, still involved. Still working and taking care of the house and kids. Very busy, just very lonely.
This friend is just a time thing. As time goes by you will be in a better place. Just keep focusing on you and you will make it through.
