I too was in that boat of doing the GAL before the bomb, and that was part of the problem. Now is the tough part, right?

For you, the current GAL might be just not focusing so much on that pot of boiling water and focusing more energy on the kids and taking care of the house and not to let yourself feel too down or lonely
