Okay, here's another one for the online dating experiences. I exchanged a few e-mails with a guy. He was the one who initiated contact.
He gave his phone number and asked me to call him. I responded that I am not real comfortable giving my number out right away, had a few bad experiences. He responded that I still wouldn't know him even if we exchanged 5-10 e-mails. So I responded, "that is why I would suggest meeting face-to-face, coffee usually works." He responded "No thanks ;)"
What the hell was that?! He wants my phone number but doesn't want to meet me, then winks?! Was I out of line to suggest meeting for coffee?
