She will figure out a way to contact him regardless. Blocking his number won't change anything, however it won't be on your dime now. Why has she not gotten a job yet?
She needs a phone she carts my son around. Theres zero chance I will leave her without a phone while shes caring for my son.
And there is zero chance that a woman carrying on with another man will allow herself to remain in a position of not having a phone for more than 3-4 hours.
Whatever you decide to do (and I certainly don't think you should enable her affair by paying for the cellphone that she uses to help conduct it), TELL HER, calmly and confidently, what you've done after you've done it. There's no point in making a stand and then hiding from it.
"Please be aware that effective tomorrow morning, I have decided that I'm no longer willing to pay for your cellphone. I'm not going to enable your affair any longer, so you'll need to make immediate arrangements to get your own phone and plan." (You should have already have phoned your cellphone provider, and given them a cutoff date of tomorrow morning, before telling her this).
I would also encourage you to cut off any other ways in which you are financially enabling her affair: hair, make-up, ISP, etc. Let her know you will continue to pay for the family's NEEDS, but not her WANTS. Err on the side of paying for things (ex.: insurance), but start with the obvious stuff like the ones I've mentioned here.

Let her figure it out on her own. You have the right frame of mind in that your W has already left you. Now what can Judo do to pick-up the pieces and move on with your life so that you are more confident, happy and goal driven? Rememeber the comment that Coach gave me and that I added additional words to. These are all attributes that are attractive to women...maybe even your W once she gets tired of playing in the schoolyard...Then again Judo you may not be interested in her by then.
I wasn't going to allow her to use a phone I paid for to speak to him. She said who. I said your boy friend. She said he's not my boyfriend, I'm trying to get legal help from his cousin so you can unlock it. I told her I didn't care what the relationship was it was inappropriate and I wasn't paying for her to talk to him, that I was not going to unlock it. She said fine. I said fin and we hung up.
