Well, since she knows that you know, then she's flat-out testing you:
1. You say "I will not live in an open marriage; no contact with OM";
2. She contacts OM, and knows that you can see that she did;
3. Therefore, she knows that you MAY (if you're serious) file for divorce over this;
4. She's NOT WILLING TO GIVE UP OM, and would rather risk her marriage than give him up, so therefore:
5. She contacts an atty to protect herself.
There is absolutely no reason for her to contact any atty, even to just play "smart defense," unless she is continuing (or planning to continue) her affair.
I think it's safe to say that the "emergency crown" errand was something else now.
