How do I phrase it? Do I say that if something changes I am willing to discuss options? Do I suggest a MC if she wishes to reconsider?

Or do I simply say its unacceptable for you to sit at home and pursue a relationship with another man on my dime?

I'm going to give her a letter

Heres what I have so far:

XXXX,

You have made no real efforts to attain a job when you have had the opportunities. I do not feel I should have to support you while you’re pursuing a relationship with another man. That is unacceptable to me.

Your inaction has led me to believe that you intend to have me pay for everything while you live your life as a single woman. The living situation is unhealthy for me and needs to end.

I have contacted my attorney and I will be filing for a divorce shortly.

"w, I find it extremely disrespectful to me, to have you sitting in our marital home, pushing OM right under my nose. If you wish to continue pursuing OM, then you need to immediately find a new place to live. I will be sure to take great care of our son"

"I have decided I will not share my wife with another man. If you do not cut off all contact immediately then I will proceed with filing for a D."

You posted your letter while I was writing. No, I would not mention alternatives. Leave that to her to suggest.

" . . . or I will do what I need to do in order to protect myself, up to and including filing for divorce."
