My solution to this issue:

1) Click the "Quote" button

1) Fix the errors and re-post.

2)Click the "Notify" button in the original post and ask the MODs to delete the post.

It would be nice to have the "edit feature back"

I guess I should carefully think about my thoughts before I post.

It would be nice to have the "edit" feature back. I guess I will be more careful before I hit the submit button.

My solution when I catch a mistake after I hit the submit button:

1) Click the "Quote" button

1) Fix the errors and re-post

2)Click the "Notify" button in the original post and ask the moderators to delete the post

Hope this helps someone. I wish you all well today!

R2C,

It might be easier to get rid of the PITAs than to re-establish the edit button, but if that the hill your willing to die on.

There is a 'contact us' button up in the top right corner of the screen however. : )

The edit button will more than likely come back at some point in time.

Soleil, I suggested it, someone else might have as well.

I have the "Edit" button. It just doesn't function the way I have seen other edit buttons work.
