Like Rob, I am 3 months out too and I can tell you I am a different person than even 6 weeks ago or less.

You must eat. I lived off of protein shakes and fruit in a cup for weeks, I was so nauseated. I also turned to vitamins. Again, the exercise was the most useful. I would fall asleep but wait up within a few hours with my heart pounding out of my chest. I would get up and run.

I read DR 3 times. I read 5 LL 2 times. The Dance of Intimacy for women was another good book. As well as Passionate Marriage. Books became my security blanket.

Keep yourself busy. My friend lives like a couple of 17 year old boys. I went over and cleaned her entire condo and did all of her laundry. She was thankful, I didn't have to look at all of things and feel sorry for myself and I felt good about myself helping a friend.

I hope some of this helps you. I never felt that kind of pain before and I hope my sharing will help ease yours at least a tiny bit.
