I do think DR has good info in it. And yes, I think you should continue to help out with DD and school runs. Socialize and meet some new folks, new hobby, etc.

Now if I were to read into that it would be something along the lines of:

I tagged you, bought new lingerie, etc so that you would stay and help around the apartment so that you could run DD8 to and from dance, put DD's down while I go to my GF's apartment at least once a week(who BTW shacked up with her 21 year old neighbor...20+ years her junior) until midnight to drink, smoke, and "talk". Now you've stood up for yourself, told me you will no longer be disrespected nor continue a relationship where you and the relationship are not valued, moved back to your parents house so I can no longer cake eat and keep you around for convenience.
