Life used to be so much simpler, but not as fun...
I had a date with one of the 26 year old women this Friday. I asked her to go to a fancy schmancy fundraising dinner. I found out yesterday that D19's graduation is the same night. So...I had to cancel. She had just spent 2 hours dress shopping and had bought "a perfect little black number". She forgave me and I will take her out another time.
The funny part - WAW's reaction when I said I will have to cancel my date, but would attend - and her reaction last night when she dropped S17 off at home and I was outside talking on cell phone to that woman.
This in the same day that she questioned why my cell phone bill was so high and who did I talk to for over an hour long distance? That was the other 26 year old - but I didn't tell her. Yes...WAW gets my cell phone bill still - it's part of a group billing thing where she works. And frankly, I think it's funny that she can see how many calls I now make and receive and to numbers she does not know.
