I know this is her fantasy. It's something she mentions all the time. I'm not thick, I get her hints. She also knows that we can't afford them now, and even if we weren't in debt she wouldn't want to spend the money. It's just a fantasy, as you said. She's said that the only way she'd get them is if we won the lottery.
Now what do you do with that? Do you sit and encourage her to dwell on a fantasy that she can't attain? This isn't like a woman who wants a rose garden.
