This means MUCH MORE to Pins wife than many here are observing. What is important to one woman (such as boobs) doesn't mean it is important to another woman who could care less about having new boobs. That still doesn't mean that you take the one who wants new boobs lightly and sluff it off. If you do, you are doing nothing but looking for problems.
