No, I said he should approach women who state in their profile they aren't interested in a R but are looking for someone to spend time with. Sometimes women write that their lives are too busy with work, kids etc for a committed R so those would be women CTH should look at. Now, when he is ready to look for a committed R he should look at those who state that's what they are looking for, you know the "let's start off as friends and see where it goes" kind of women.
